I took part in a workshop last weekend at the University of Northampton.

For my part in the workshop, I explored the relationship of dance/movement and drawing.
Some points the I came up with during the day:
Exploring movment without watching or seeing (my movement was sort of the coreography of my hand to paper - that then extended to expressive movement)
watching and being watched - we had a video camera and a projector - that watched a certain area for people to move in front of, or was mobilised throughout the space, the stream was projected above us to interact with)
I explored how to measure space around me, how to map it, and ways that this mapping could be drawn.
drawing became an image documentation of the dancers around me as well as my own movement.
